We make one of these, so read this the way you would read anything written by an interested party. Every claim about the other product below comes from SuperProfile's own pages, checked on 24 September 2026, and the first section is the one where we lose.
They are a business. We are a feature.
SuperProfile's pricing page, read on 24 September 2026, sells a creator's whole commercial stack: a link-in-bio store, digital products, courses, bookings, events, lead magnets, and monetisation apps around them. Starter is free forever. Creator was shown at $4.99 for the first month, renewing at $29 a month. Pro is a call with their team. The same page says no commission fee is charged on what you earn.
That is not a competitor to us. That is the shop. We do not host a course, do not take a payment, do not issue an invoice to your buyer, and have no intention of doing any of it.
On their pricing page, not on ours
All we do
If you are choosing where to be paid, this page is over and the answer is theirs.
The overlap is one feature wide
AutoDM. Their help centre documents it plainly, and it is a real product: you pick any post, a specific post or your next post; you trigger on any comment or on keywords, with excluded keywords to hold it back; you write the DM; you add a button pointing at a link or at one of your SuperProfile products; and you can ask the person to follow first, or collect an email, before the main message goes out. Their pricing page lists AutoDMs as unlimited, on the free plan for Reels and posts, and across stories, DMs and lives on Creator.
Ours does the same job for keywords. Where the two products separate is the comment that is not a keyword.
| AutoDM on SuperProfile | PostEngage | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is part of | A store, courses and payments | Nothing. Replies only |
| Keyword replies | Unlimited, per their pricing page | Unlimited and free, forever |
| A question your keywords miss | The message you wrote, or nothing | Written in your voice, one credit |
| What is metered | The plan, not the messages | Only replies the model writes |
| Takes a cut of a sale | No commission fee, per their page | We are not in the payment path |
| Why a send did not happen | Not documented on the pages we read | Ten named checks, reason recorded |
Note the fifth row. We are not claiming they charge a commission — their own page says the opposite — and the sixth row says what we read, not what they lack.
What one credit actually buys
Under a Reel that travels, the comments are not tidy. "price?", "kitne ka hai", "does this work for beginners", "bhai iska demo hai kya". A keyword list catches the first two if you wrote them down. The rest arrive as a person waiting, and your options are a message that does not answer them or silence.
That is the whole product here. A reply is drafted against a voice profile built from replies you actually wrote, so it reads like you and not like a chatbot. If the model is unsure, slow, or produces something ungrounded, your own template goes out instead. The generated reply is the upgrade, never the default.

Before any of it sends, ten checks run in a fixed order — kill switch, connection, takeover, window, dedupe, cooldown, quiet hours, rate budget, credits, content safety. The first failure stops the send and writes down why, so a reply that did not go out is something you can read afterwards instead of a mystery. Takeover is the one creators notice: the moment you answer somebody by hand, automation stands down on that thread.
Neither of us can outrun Meta
Both products sit on the official Instagram API, so both live in the same box: a DM can be sent within 24 hours of that person's last message, a comment answered within 7 days. Nobody sells an exemption, and a tool that implies otherwise is not describing the official API. The shape of it is set out in is Instagram DM automation safe.
Both also bill in rupees, which for a registered business is worth more than it sounds — no forex markup, and a GST invoice your accountant can use. The arithmetic on that is in the cheapest way to automate Instagram DMs in India.
What setting it up looks like
Five screens, and the first live reply usually happens inside fifteen minutes. Nothing here replaces your SuperProfile store; it sits beside it.
- 01
Connect Instagram
Three permissions — read comments, reply to them, send the DM you wrote. Meta runs the login, so no password reaches us, and disconnecting is on the same screen.
- 02
Write the trigger
Any post, a specific post or your next post, then the words people actually type. Matching ignores case and punctuation, and a negative keyword holds the reply back.
- 03
Write both replies
A public reply that keeps the post moving and a private reply that carries the link — which can point straight at your SuperProfile product page.
- 04
Test on yourself, then go live
The test runs the real pipeline and the same ten checks against your own account and spends no credits. Nothing reaches a follower until you press Go live.
- 05
Read Activity in week one
Every send and every refusal with a reason, so a reply that never went out is a line you can read rather than a mystery.

How to test this without moving anything
Checklist
If the answer is zero, you have learnt something useful for free and SuperProfile was always enough. If the answer is a third of them, that third is the part of your inbox nobody was answering before.
The free tier here is 100 credits with no card, the full price list is on pricing, and the closest comparison to read next is ReplyKaro, who are cheaper than us and say so.
