Most tools in this category charge by contact. Every person who ever messages you joins a list, the list is the meter, and one good week costs you money for months afterwards.
That is a pricing model with an opinion in it: it wants you to have fewer conversations. This one does not.
The free part, which is not a trial
100 credits when you sign up, no card. Beyond those, the things that stay free are the things that cost us nothing to run:
- Unlimited automations and comment replies — public replies, templated or AI, cost nothing and never stop, on any plan.
- 1,000 DMs every 30 days — templated or AI. Lite removes this ceiling for $4 a month; every paid plan is unlimited.
- Unlimited contacts. Nobody joins a billable list by messaging you.
- One Instagram account.
- The full policy gate, and Activity with a reason on every refusal.
There is no time limit on any of that and no card required to keep it. If your four most common questions cover most of your inbox, you can run properly without paying us, and a number of accounts do.

The per-reply cost falls as the pack gets bigger, which is the only volume discount here. There is no negotiated tier and no annual commitment attached to a pack.

Lite sits between Free and Creator: $4 a month, removes the DM cap, and adds no AI replies. Creator and Studio both include the inbox, the leads list and AI replies, and Studio adds team seats with roles.
The two buckets
Worth understanding, because it is where most credit systems quietly take money.
Your monthly allowance and any credits you bought are held separately. The allowance is always spent first, so the pack you paid for is not consumed before the credits you were given. The allowance expires at the end of its month; purchased credits do not expire at all.
If you cancel, the allowance goes at the end of the period you have paid for and everything you bought outright stays.
What never costs anything
- A reply the gate refused. Nothing was generated, so nothing is charged.
- A retry of an action already counted.
- Try a pretend comment or Test it, however many times you use them.
- A reply you typed by hand in the inbox.
- Any templated reply, on any plan, including none.
Payments, receipts and refunds
Payments go through Polar, which acts as merchant of record, and Razorpay for some rupee payments. We are not registered for GST, so the rupee price you see is the whole amount. Every purchase produces a numbered receipt. Card details never reach our servers; the processor runs its own hosted checkout.
A workspace fixes its currency at its first purchase and keeps it.
Every purchase is final and we do not give refunds, for plans, add-ons and credits. The free plan and the trial take no card, so nobody has to buy this to find out whether it works, and purchased credits never expire, so a top-up is not money gone, it is money waiting. The refund policy says it case by case.
Which one to choose
Count how many of your inbox messages are one of your top four questions. If most of them are, write four templates and you may never need the AI at all — the guide on building one takes about ten minutes.
If your enquiries are genuinely varied, the model earns its keep, and a plan is the cheaper way to buy it. Start with the free 100 credits and see how many you get through in a week before deciding — that number is more useful than any estimate we could give you.
The honest answer for a lot of accounts is that you do not need to pay us, and we would rather say so than sell you a subscription you resent.

Every figure we publish is defined on the methodology page, including which ones we deliberately do not publish — there are no revenue, conversion or hours-saved claims here, because we cannot see any of them.
