Most people typing "SuperProfile alternative" do not want to move their store. They want the DM part to behave differently and have not separated the two things yet.
So separate them first, because the answer changes completely depending on which half you are unhappy with.
What SuperProfile actually bundles
Read from their pricing page on 24 September 2026: a link-in-bio store, digital products, courses, bookings, events and lead magnets, with Starter free forever, Creator shown at $4.99 for the first month and $29 a month afterwards, and Pro as a call with their team. The same page states no commission fee on what you earn. AutoDM sits inside that: their pricing page lists unlimited AutoDMs on Reels and posts on the free plan and across stories, DMs and lives on Creator, and their help centre documents the builder — any post or your next post, keywords with exclusions, a message you write, a button, an optional follow check and optional email collection.
That is a real product doing two jobs. Which means "alternative" has two different meanings.
If the store is the problem
Then you are shopping for a creator commerce platform and this post cannot help you. Look at what you actually need — payouts, GST invoices to buyers, course hosting, webinars, coupons — and compare on that. We do not sell any of it. There is no checkout here, no hosting, no payout, and we are never in the payment path.
Moving a store is also the expensive migration: links in bios, links in old Reels, links in email footers, buyers with existing access. Do it for a reason, not for a DM feature.
If the replying is the problem
That is a smaller and much cheaper thing to change, and you can test it without touching your store at all.
The complaint usually sounds like one of these. The DM goes out but it is the same sentence for everyone, so the person who asked something specific gets something generic. Or a comment that obviously wanted the link did not use your keyword, so nothing went out. Or you cannot find out afterwards why a particular person never got a reply.

What to compare on, honestly
Four things decide this category and none of them is the feature list.
- Is it on Meta's official API? Tools that ask for your Instagram password are not the same category of risk as tools Meta approved. Check the vendor says Graph API or Meta tech provider, in writing.
- What is metered? Contacts, sends, delivery rate, conversations or written replies. This decides what a viral Reel costs you, and the answers differ enormously.
- What happens to the comment nobody wrote a keyword for? Either it is answered, or it is not. Everything else is decoration.
- Can you find out why a reply did not go out? The windows close, duplicates happen, humans take over. A tool that records refusals with reasons is a tool you can debug.
