Most Instagram automation pricing has one number. DMGO's has two, and the second one is the interesting part.
Read from their pricing page on 24 September 2026: Starter at ₹0 forever with 500 DMs and 500 comment replies a month, three automations and a 30 per cent platform fee on sales; Growth at ₹249 a month with unlimited DMs and automations and a 20 per cent fee; Pro at ₹499 with three Instagram accounts and a 5 per cent fee; Elite at ₹1,249 with ten accounts and no fee. The same page states every plan runs on the official Meta API, and lists the business as DMGO Technologies, Delhi.
Why the second number decides everything
A platform fee is only a cost if you sell through the platform.
If you do, the fee is the main number on the page and the monthly is rounding. Selling ₹60,000 of a course in a month on a 20 per cent fee is ₹12,000, and the upgrade to a lower fee pays for itself immediately. That is a coherent model and their page is transparent about it.
If you do not — your money arrives through your own site, a Razorpay or UPI link, a storefront you already pay for — then the fee column is noise and you are comparing ₹249 a month against whatever else is on your shortlist.
What an alternative should be judged on
- Official Meta API, in writing. Graph API or Meta tech provider, stated on the page. Anything asking for your Instagram password belongs on a different shortlist.
- What the meter counts. A month, a send, a contact, a percentage of a sale, or a reply the model wrote. Each behaves differently in a good month.
- The comment no keyword matches. Every tool handles "link". Ask what happens to "Guwahati COD hota hai?" before you pay.
- Whether refusals are readable. A reply that did not send should leave a reason behind — window closed, takeover, duplicate, quiet hours.
A percentage grows every time you succeed. A per-reply meter grows only when a model had to write something.
What we charge, and what we are not
PostEngage takes no share of anything, because there is no checkout here, no hosting and no payout — money never passes through us and we could not take a cut if we wanted to. Templated replies are free and unlimited, and one credit is spent only when the model writes a new reply in your voice. The free tier is 100 credits with no card and packs start at ₹499, billed in rupees with a GST invoice.
What we do not have is equally short to state: no store, no product pages, no payments, no WhatsApp, no flow canvas and no broadcasts. If the reason DMGO appealed was the selling half rather than the replying half, a creator commerce platform is the right category and we are not in it.

The part no pricing page covers
Both shapes send a DM in about a second. The second before is where products differ, and no pricing page describes it.
Here, ten checks run in a fixed order before anything leaves: kill switch, connection, takeover, window, dedupe, cooldown, quiet hours, rate budget, credits, content safety. The first failure stops the send and writes down why, so "she says she commented and got nothing" is a line in Activity rather than an argument. Takeover is the one creators notice first — reply to somebody by hand and the automation stands down on that thread instead of talking over you.
That record is also how you tune the keywords in week one: widen the ones that missed, narrow the ones that fired on the wrong comment, and watch the refusal reasons change.
Two of the ten are worth knowing before you shop anywhere: the window check, because Instagram closes a DM after 24 hours and a comment reply after seven days, and dedupe, because Instagram redelivers the same event more often than people expect and a tool without dedupe will answer one person twice.
