Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Service

PostEngage.ai is a software service delivered entirely over the internet. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges, courier services or delivery addresses apply to any purchase.

2. Delivery of Credits

Credits purchased on PostEngage.ai are delivered electronically and are added to your account balance immediately after the payment is confirmed by our payment provider. In almost all cases this is instant.

Your updated balance is visible in your dashboard under Credits, and an invoice is available for download from the same page.

3. If Credits Do Not Arrive

If your payment succeeded but your balance has not updated within 30 minutes, email support@postengage.ai with your order ID. We will add the missing credits or reverse the charge. See our refund policy for details.

4. Service Availability

The service is available worldwide to anyone with an Instagram professional account. There are no geographic restrictions on purchase or use.
