Nothing physical ships. PostEngage is a hosted software service. There is no parcel, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address. This page exists because payment processors require a delivery policy from every merchant, including the ones that sell nothing you can hold.
What you get, and when
The service is delivered over the internet at app.postengage.ai, to the account you signed up with.

Credits are granted by a verified webhook from Razorpay or Stripe rather than by your browser returning from checkout. In practice this means the credits land whether or not you stay on the page — you can close the tab the instant you pay and they will still be there. If the webhook is delayed, the billing page waits and updates itself when it arrives.
Proof of delivery
Two records, both available to you at any time:
- the invoice, in Billing → Invoices,
- the credit ledger entry for the purchase, in Billing → Credit history.
A receipt is emailed to the account address on every successful payment.
If it does not arrive
If a payment succeeded and the credits are not in your account within an hour, email support@postengage.ai with the payment id. We reconcile payments against the ledger daily and usually find it first, but you should not have to wait for that.
Money that moved without credits arriving is refunded in full, or delivered as credits — your choice. That is in the refund policy.
Charges
There are no shipping, handling, packaging or delivery charges, because there is no shipment. The price at checkout plus applicable tax is the whole amount.
Where we deliver
Everywhere the service is lawful to use. Indian customers are billed in INR through Razorpay; customers elsewhere are billed through Stripe in their own currency. No customs, duties or import charges can arise on a software subscription delivered online.
